Q: I don't have time. How long are the practices?
A: 10-15 minutes per week. Most techniques take under 3 minutes once you learn them. You have time - you just haven't prioritised your nervous system yet.
Q: What if I fall behind?
A: You can't fall behind. It's self-paced with lifetime access. Go as fast or slow as you need. If you’re worried about staying consistent, watch the explainer video above. I also talk through the optional Guided Support Upgrade for mums who know they need more accountability.
Q: I've tried everything. Why will this work?
A: Because you've been trying to MANAGE stress. This teaches you to REGULATE your nervous system. Root cause vs symptom management.
Q: Is this therapy?
